We understand the nature of a live environment in the transportation industry, and we are ready to respond quickly to your needs. We are on-call 24/7, and pledge that your call will never be sent to voicemail–even after regular business hours. The same goes for email communication–as a team, we make sure any and all client emails are being responded to and attended to within minutes. Our number one priority is to provide full availability of service at all times.
In addition to having access to the entire Call Center staff, each client has their own designated team within the Call Center that is specifically trained to understand that client’s processes and requirements. Each team consists of an account leader and several backup team members. When any of our clients need assistance with a big project or a hot load, we have several pairs of eyes, ears, hands, and minds all working on it at once, for that much more speed and efficiency.
